Garrett's background as an experienced traveler and 12V electrical expert, and gear junkie give him a unique perspective on the needs of outdoor enthusiasts. Through his hands-on approach and relentless drive, he consistently pushes the boundaries of what is possible. Steph Lakso serves as the Head of Operations at BILTFOUR. Bringing a wealth of expertise from some of the world's largest finance companies, she is a true swiss army knife.
Steph's operational excellence ensures that every aspect of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. As an experienced traveler and outdoor enthusiast, she understands the unique challenges and needs of adventurous customers. Her passion for exploration is reflected in her innovative approach to problem-solving.
KARIM BOUHDARY
Karim Bouhdary is the Creative Director at BILTFOUR. Renowned for his innovative approach to design and digital experiences. With deep expertise in UX/UI and digital product design, he brings a refined aesthetic to every project.
His work seamlessly blends marketing insights with cutting-edge design, ensuring a cohesive brand experience. Karim's interdisciplinary approach bridges the gap between the digital realm and physical product design. Karim's creative vision and meticulous attention to detail elevate the functionality and appeal of the brand.
MARCO SLIVA
Marco has deep experience in product design, fabrication, and engineering . Not only has he worked at companies like Raytheon, but he also knows how to rip a wave, spearfish, captain boats, and so much more. Marco is never afraid to get his hands dirty and help the team innovate the way we use vehicle storage

IN THE LAB
Garrett reaches out to our good friend Kingston (@ROAMINGLOST) with the intent of building our first storage system prototype. The goal was the take all the learnings from custom vans and flatbeds to a more scalable product architecture..

CASUAL CONNECT
Karim and Garrett meet via instagram and hit it off. They start the conversation around truck bed systems, product ideas, and slowly start to form the BILTFOUR team. Rapidly developing the brand and gathering feedback from experts around the industry

OFFICIAL LAUNCH
After a few months, working as a team alongside industry experts, we were able to launch our brand at OVERLAND EXPO PNW. Thanks to our friends at Sherpa & Toyo for hosting us!

BUILD AND SCALE
Now the team is in the process of building mod kit systems for customers as well as building new innovations, including accessories for the MODKIT like the sleeper and a new truck product line coming soon. We're always thinking about scale and manufacturing within the US.
